At LinasFoodies, we are committed to delivering high-quality spice blends and catering services. Due to food safety regulations, we have strict policies on returns and refunds to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.
Non-Returnable Items (Perishable & Food Safety Regulations)
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:
- Spices & Seasonings (Once opened or used, spices cannot be returned for safety reasons.)
- Catering Party Platters (As perishable goods, all catering orders are final sale and non-refundable.)
- Any food items that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
Refunds & Cancellations for Catering Orders
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable due to food preparation costs.
Returns for Non-Food Items
If you purchased a non-food product (such as gift cards, merchandise, or accessories), returns may be accepted within 30 days, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at {email address} with:
- A clear photo of the item and packaging.
- Your order number.
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you don’t receive your refund, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (as processing times may vary).
- Reach out to your bank for further details.

Shipping Returns (Non-Food Items Only)
For eligible non-food item returns, please call: 905 669 6722.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
